The client purchased the property for $167,000, and we were entrusted with a project scope of work amounting to $78,000. Over a timeline of just 6 weeks, we transformed this property into a dream home, now under contract to sell at an impressive $334,900.

The Transformation

The Work

The exterior of the house received a fresh look with new address numbers, exterior lights, a black mailbox, and freshly painted doors. We also power washed the entire exterior and wrapped the windows with metal wrap for a clean, modern look.

Inside, we carried out extensive work, including demolition, priming, painting, installing new floors, and replacing all switches & outlets. We also installed new vent covers, a furnace filter, and smoke/CO detectors. The walls were prepped for paint, and new drywall was installed. The subfloor was leveled, and new trim work was installed where needed.

The kitchen and bathrooms received special attention with new cabinets, fixtures, and appliances. The master bath now features a gold 3-piece bath accessory kit, a new vanity cabinet combo, and a tiled shower surround.

The Result
