Off Leash Investments Partner, Brett Rasmussen, operates a growing portfolio in the Greater Indianapolis market with a focus on generating equity through renovation opportunities. He is also active in his local Denver market, having recently entered the commercial space. Currently a Manager at CAA ICON, Brett brings a consulting mindset to the team with a focus on underwriting, financial modeling, and process optimization.

As Off Leash’s Project Manager, Licensed Contractor, and Master Carpenter, Paul Aguiar is the expert behind Off Leash Construction Management. He oversees all property rehabs ranging from quick turnovers between renters to complete guts and rebuilds for investors. Further, he advises on purchases for the Off Leash Team, keeps contractors honest, and delivers outstanding service to us and property owners. He ensures every project with our name is the finest quality, on time, and within budget.

Lauren is the ultimate advocate for our students as the manager of our cohort-based coaching program and the Off Leash Membership. She also oversees day to day construction and project delivery across the Off Leash portfolio, supporting Project Manager Paul Aguiar in keeping the trains running on time, all the time. Often referred to as the “Swiss Army knife” of Off Leash, she assists in marketing, deal analysis, and runs social media.

Lezil’s extensive knowledge of residential property management has made her a huge asset to the Off Leash team. As the acquisition and portfolio manager for Off Leash Investments, Lezil ensures the entire team is aligned and moving in the same direction. With a sharp eye for detail and unparalleled organizational skills, Lezil has been a truly invaluable addition to the Off Leash team.

As the “behind the scenes” Partner, Diane focuses on internal operations and media for Off Leash Investments. She loves nothing more than helping new investors get involved in real estate through investor education programs and the Off Leash Investments Blog. She’s also excited to be putting her years of recruiting experience to work in expanding the Off Leash team!
